The service was great. My wife and I rented a tandem bike from Van Raam so we could go out together more often. We wanted something we could both cycle on, but still be comfortable and safe. Renting went smoothly, and the staff was ready to answer our questions well. In addition to the tandem bike, they also rent regular bikes, which can be ideal for some people. This way, one person can ride a regular bike, while the other, who is less mobile, can cycle with a Van Raam tricycle next to it. It was nice that there were so many options to find exactly what worked best for us. All we had to do was fill in the form online, call or email, and everything was arranged quickly and well.

Overall a positive experience that I would happily recommend to others in a similar situation.
